JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
• Devise and implement effective Sales and Marketing strategic plans to grow the business within Malaysia and targeted markets;
• Lead sales team to achieve company's goals with high standard of professional and compliance excellence;
• Establish and manage strong relationship with banks, merchants and business partners;
• Proactive in delivering quality account management services to existing key account clients;
• Identify new sales and product opportunities and develop new prospect key account leads.

Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, IT or related discipline;
• At least 10 years relevant sales management and development experience in IT, eBusiness or eMarketing;
• Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion to succeed;
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented;
• Self-motivated, hard working and able to work independently with strong sales drive;
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Manage and support new programs and management initiatives with the headquarters.

Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline;
• At least 5 years relevant experience in sales in IT, eBusiness or eMarketing;
• Strong management skill and able to drive revenue and growth of the organization;
• Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion to success;
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented;
• Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive;
• Fast learner, good interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
